Transmission flush with Mobil 1?

Ok. So I took the day to clean my second transmission which will be installed in a couple of weeks (months?). Since the transmission is out, I took all day to clean and detail the new transmission.
I had a small battle with the drain plug, as the one that was there was peeled but is finally out. There ware small ferrous particles on the magnet but no major particles, which was great. In fact the particles were so fine you could hardly feel them in your finger. This is good news to me as it means nothing is broken. However, while draining the oil, I noticed a small amount of milkyness. The kind of milkiness that comes from having the inner oil exposed to water. Since it is a used transmission it probably gathered moisture wherever it is it used to live.
Now I am trying to figure out how to flush it properly with minimal expense. I got some old 5W30, 10W30 and some 0W40 Mobil 1 left around. I was thinking about making a big oil mix and filling the transmission with the mixture, then draining it, before doing another fill, this time with MTF0063, which will also be drained, prior to the last and final filled with MTF.
Any objections to the plan? Any signs of impending doom from this idea?
In summary:
1. Wash once with oil mix: 10W30 + 5 W30 + 0 W40 (all Mobil 1). Draing. Refill with...
2. MTF. Drain. Refill with...
3. MTF. This is the final oil.
