Help!! front suspension

Well last night I did the rear shocdks (Bilstine HD) and that went good nice and easy. This morning I was going to do the front. Had struts and upper thrust bearings to replace a Hayney manual the directions off a site. started on the passenger side and everything was going good just a little sweating trying to get bolts off and not breaking them from the rust. Got all the way to the disc break and on the passenger side the small #5 hex head came off woth no stripping!!!! Thats when trouble hit I could not get the rodor off the hub. LOts of LPS rust penitrent and a rubber hammer but nothing. I dicided to let it sit and work on the other side and right off the bad the little #5 hex bolt inot the disc break rounded out, so that was the end of that side for now. Has anybody run into the problem w/the front rotoers and how to get them off? Well have new #5 bolts on order and will wait till I get some other info on getting the rotors off. I put the suspension back together and took it for a ride and it seems as tight as before so it should be good to drive till I find out. Well thanks for the info in advance.
