I use a 4.8 mm reinforced fuel line on the section that leads to the throttle body (Napa or any other part store). Rubber hoses don't seem to do as well if your engine is spewing oil out through the crank case ventilation lines.
The other, larger hose, may be getting soft as well, I would check it before it comes off the pipe and leaks oil all over the engine. You can hold that one in place using clamps or cable ties until you get a replacement or fix the problem.
