Quite a few of the 94 vehicles were modified by the dealers. The swaybar and control arms were replaced with the new arrangement. This was done to resolve customer complaints. You need to look at what you have. The new arrangement has the sway bar links connected to the lateral control arms. The original had the sway bar links connected to the control arm that is curved towards the rear of the vehicle. Very easy to see, just put one knee on the ground and look under the vehicle, no jacking needed.

You will also have the old larger bodied aluminum steering rack which was replaced with a narrow steel body in 1995.5 production. The orignal is better as the new narrower one is mounted in the same steel hardware, but with a thick rubber bushing that allows the rack to squirm around.

If you are running the orignal shocks, those really need to be replaced. Unfortunately, replacing control arms, sway bar, upper mounts and shocks will incure costs appoaching the book value of the vehicle. A minor accident can have the vehicle written off and this investment is uninsured. If you could find used suspension parts from a newer NG0900 or 9-3, ths might be of some value. Also inspect the tie-rod ends before getting into the work. And the timing belt could also result in an uneconomic loss situation. With your low miles for the years situation, the belts are also vunerable to the years, not just the miles. The TB tensioner is also a weak link and it should be replaced and not run indefinately. I think that there were some design changes made that corrected some tendancies to fail. Perhaps you do not know the complete vehicle maintenace history. But you definately do not want to be on the same tensioner for ever... that would be high risk. Your TB was changed at 90K?
