Went for a few drives on the new shocks and not much has changed. turnig feels tight and responsive without any noise. The only noise comes from when I go over bumps. I did not drill out the spring seat support. I didn't really understand it and didn't want to rune anything. Is this what is causing the thudding/bumping that I hear. I did not put in the old rubber "bumpers" that were on the original shocks. I have not tourked down the retainer nut on top of the shock but it is was tight as I can get it (need to find the right tool I thought I had it but apparently not I will try and get the tool tomorow). This is really making me uneasy driving the car but I have to get to work and have no other means of transportation. Could this be the problem or does drilling out the spring seat support get rid of this? If you coudl post some more pics of drilling it out it would be a big help. Thanks
Josh
