mine does anyway. Did both seats stop working with the key off or just the driver's? Also, here in the mornings, it's been between 50-60 degrees and my seats have come on...But I wouldn't expect them to work in the summer. I would check the fuses for the seats and seat heaters, if that doesn't show anything, I'd take it to the dealer.
