Windshield Washer Reservoir

Suspect my windshield washer reservoir had water in it when my son brought it from Texas to Michigan and it froze...now it has gotten mild here and when I filled it up this a.m., it ran out before I even tried using it. Must have cracked finally from freezing. Question: how difficult is it to replace? Seems hard to get at. Where do I get a replacement reservoir? Would something like this be covered by warranty? Thanks
