Thank you for the info. I did talk to the service mgr. calmly. I know it's not his fault. When you pay the type of money for a car that I did, you expect it to be fixed right by at least the second time. According to the svc. mgr, a new bulletin came out about 3 months ago that in his words said he had pretty good results. That is all fine and well, but I am not looking for pretty good results.Getting it fixed 4 times seems to be a little excessive, but then again, I'm not a mechanic, so maybe my situation is on the low end compared to others. I am looking for a permanent fix. I will pass along the info you gave me to him, but it's not a fun situation to have the temp. control or the position control know break in the wrong position in Florida. It tends to get a little warm here. Not to mention, I can't use my defrost. Bottom line in my opinion is that the whole manual system is a engineering "train wreck".It seems very cheaply built. Anyway, Thank you again for your help. I should hear back from Saab USA in the next day or so. We shall see what happens.
