I apologize if my initial posting offended anyone -- that wasn't my intent. If George D lives in Europe and is really using the autobahn then I have no problem at all with driving 150+ mph because Germans know proper lane discipline and are highly unlikely to change lanes in front of a car doing 150 mph. While most of my driving experience is in the US, I've lived in Germany and have a fair amount of autobahn time myself. In my humble opinion, most people in the US have really poor lane discipline and are highly likely to pull in front of a speeding car. If George D want to make Phoenix to LA in 3 hours that's his business. He'll just have to do it at 2 am on a weekday so he doesn't wreck...
