Do some searches in this board, the NG900 board, and performance. You'll find some information. There's someone on here running 245/40 on a 9-3 and claims no rubbing. However, since the Viggen is lower, you probably couldn't get away with it. 235 is supposed to be fine, but should really have 17x8" rims. It is safest to stick with 215 or 225.
And do keep in mind Dean's advice on the effects of wider tires on "torque" steer. Wider tires increase cornering stability but decrease straight-line stability.
