Mixing l-r shouldn't have hurt the tires unless you were planning on checking top speed. How did you have the tires stored, flat or standing up? If they were standing up, some slight deformation may have occured. Drive around for a day or two (at reasonable speeds) and see if the vibration improves. If not, hit a good tire shop and have them take a look. Worst case is that a belt or tread may have separated. It might not hurt to eyeball the tires and run your hand over the tread looking for a bubble or blister.
A guy on one of the BMW boards had the sidewall separate from the tread on his Michelin Pilots over the winter. He'd stored them properly and inside, too. One of those bizarre things.
