I just had to post something because no one in the past has on this problem. I do not know much about how to fix this problem but If I take my car to dealer x and then to dealer y does y really do a better job. I think this is the easy way out to go to the y dealer. I think you should take your car back to dealer X and demand a loaner until the car is fixed to your liking. If they do not have a loaner then a new car will have to do but they should be willing to bend over backward to accomadate you sence they did do the damage. I assuming the green stuff is the A/C dye. If the green stuff is not the A/C dye radiator fluid your fluid tank should be low or empty and if your out of raditor fluid and your still running the car then you could end up will cracking the engine block so treat this problem very seriously if this is the case.
As for buying a BMW next I dont blame you for doing so if the product is better and the customer service is better. There is nothing more aggragating then poor customer service.
