Between Dean and the others, you'll find plenty of stuff to spend your money on or just do yourself for free.
When I first drove our 1999 9-3SE I thought the power was merely adequate and the handling was actually pretty bad. I bought the car for its great looks, the way the driver's seat looks like a cockpit, and the large hatch.
After some tweaking, it grips the road very well and has a hard time keeping the tires from spinning from the power. It even feels more comfortable as the head-bobbing is much reduced. Just keep checking this site and the performance site.
I've got Koni dampers, B&G springs, Abbott bushings and rear swaybar, Abbott Manual Boost Controller, K&N + modified intake. I'm sure there's more but that's what I can remember. Regardless, the car is FUN to drive and I love the unique looks.
