Viggen check Engine light

My 2000 Viggen has been in the shop quite a bit lately, and I'm wondering if anyone has any clues. The first time it came on it was driving normally, the dealer replaced the O2 sensor, and the light was gone. . . .for about 100 miles, then i noticed bucking on hard acceleration (a sure sign of direct ignition problem), which was also replaced, as well as the turbo valve which left no more bucking and normal driving. . . .for about 100 miles, when the light came on again, although the car was driving normally. The dealer then kept my car for 4 days, told me that the problem was a loose wire in the computer that was re-soddered, and the car continued to drive fine. . . .for about 100 miles . when the check engine light came on again. My car is now at the dealer for the fifth time because of this stupid light, and except for the direct ignition issue, continues to drive fine. The dealer says they are replacing the computer and the intake manifold gasket (not sure if that is the right name) on the advice of SAAB engineerss. Any clues and or help would be greatly appreciated. After how much my last SAAB cost at the mechanic, I never thought I would say this, but I sure do miss going to my mechanic instead of the dealer. At least he knew what he was doing when he took my money.
