TonyC may have had a bad experience but mine was wonderful. I don't buy cars very often but this experince was remarkable. Let me explain.
I stumbled into their dealership not really looking to buy a Saab. I wanted a BMW 330ci but was having some heartburn about the nearly $40k price tag. So... I was checking out the competition. The sales manager pulled one of the reps away from her lunch to come help me but her attitude was always professional and friendly. Her name was Grazyna Motola. We chatted. We drove. I liked... especially when she mentioned the incentives. I said I'd think about it and left.
The following week I went back and spoke with the rep again, and went for another test drive. (In the interim, I'd gone to Saab of Santa Ana and gotten their "best price".) I liked it enough to buy at the right price. I ended up getting my 9-3 SE for $7000 off sticker. And, it was still on the boat! They said it would arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks but it arrived in 15 days.
I've been back for service once which was done quickly and correctly the first time... <mini-rant> no small feat especially if you're an Audi or VW dealer </mini-rant>. I went back another time to buy the roof rack and the parts guy just gave me 10% off. I know it's only $10, but it's the sentiment that counts.
The net is that these guys have done right by me on price, on service, and especially on the pleasure of the ownership experience. I'd recommend Saab of Santa Monica highly, especially Grazyna. If you want more information, send me an email.
Good luck!
