no
but this is known
the T5 ecu is a speed density type and does not have a MAF sensor, the boost indicator displays pressure, and the ECU controls boost pressure
the T7 ECU uses an MAF sensor and the boost guage displays air mass flow, and the T7 contols boost pressure to achieve a max air mass flow
both ECUs reduce power in the 1st two gears
they both use the spark plug gaps to measure the ionization voltage in the combustion chambers after ignition, this serves as the knock detection, there is no descreet knock sensor
the ECU incorporates the APC uction from early 900's, and will reduce boost pressure when knocking is detected, and for other situations.
so plugs are important, don't be putting in non ngk plugs, they cause severe problems
the ecu will multispark a fuel air charge if there is a non-fire at lower rpms
the ecu can vary the timing and fuel air ratio independantly for each cylinder
the ecu computes vehicle speed via an abs wheel sensor, and performs abs and limited slip compute and cruise control control
there is no camshaft sensor on some or all models, the spark plug ionisation is monitored during startup to determine the phase relationship between the camshaft and crankshaft, this is why these engines can take a bit longer than one would expect to startup
