I know I do. Your SAAB can easily handle spikes into the red zone. Don't worry the engine has several features to keep it from harming itself, such as fuel cutoff, timing, and boost control. If you didn't feel any loss of power at that moment, then the engine didn't even see a need to cut back. Your car is fine.
