via the saab usa website, i sent saab usa a letter of complaint and a detailed description of what went wrong with my clutch as i was driving in traffic in DC. copies of the letter were overnighted to Dan David of Saab USA customer service and to COO Dan Chasin. here's their suspiciously prompt reply from their internet customer service folks. hopefully the hardcopies to Dan David and Chasin will bring about a more satisfactory reply:
Thank you for contacting Saab!
We understand you are dissatisfied with the decision made concerning
your vehicle's clutch repair.
Based on your comments, another thorough review of your concerns has
been made. This investigation has led us to support the original
position provided to you by Ulrika in file number 204232; the decision
remains unchanged.
We realize this matter has not been concluded to your satisfaction, but
we appreciated the opportunity for a final evaluation.
Once again, we are sorry and we hope to have a chance to better serve
you.
Sincerely,
Stacey
Saab Internet Team
