I would recommend going with the nordic system because it is a better value. The nordic system gives you everything you need to run your car safely giving you an air filter, exhaust and ecu. Also remember that the head of nordic use to be employed by saab and as the story goes he got fired because he used his inside info to tune cars.
Try not to play the numbers game. Remember who gave you these numbers SD? Tuners have been know over the years for inflating there numbers just to please prospective buyers into buying. Have you seen any dyno results? I'm not say SD does this just that I would not trust every tuners numbers.
SD has a very good reputation for there products but to say to just buy an ecu would be a great injustice to your car. You need to add a new airfilter to allow the car to breath better. You also need to add a new exhaust to truly get the full potential of the car. Just adding one or none of these products will create a bottleneck robbing your car of its potential power.
I would also recommend you looking at two other sites Maptun(http://www.maptun.com) which can make a 220hp-400hp+ kit for your car and speedparts (http://www.speedparts.se./) if you really want your car to the Saab on steriods.
