You are better off cleaning the oem filter than buying an aftermarket unit.
Remove and gently flush out junk with a gentle stream of water. Then shake dry a bit and soak with an all purpose cleaner. Rinse again. It does not have to be free of fine bits of vegitation etc, these will not affect service. You will be removing the dust and grime. It will not be white, but will work very well. If you get aggressive with a hose etc, you will tease the polypropylene blanket element to a state of ruin.
The aftermarket units have a small pleated synthetic paper element. It is water proof, but it will not wash to a renewed state of air flow.
New nut covers work well, but never retain if reused. I gave up and now jut cover the cavity with blackout tape. You could use blackout tape over the covers to retain them.
