My 99 9-3 had some when I got it (happends to be Cayenne red, close to laser I guess). Only a few, and very subtle. Now, I don't know your situation exactly, so I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction, but after a while (maybe 6 months?) they disappeared on my car, probably from my normal regiment of polishing and waxing. If I were you, and if the blemishes aren't too bad, I'd simply let the dealer know about them immediately, so they have it on record. Then, give it some time, see if they are still there after a wax or too. Then , if they still are, you could have the dealer wetsand them or something, as they have your claim on record already. In my case, I just didn't want the dealer wetsanding my brand new finish.
