what types of things are covered under the standard warranty?

Hey Guys--

I just purchased an off-lease 1999 9-3 HOT Convertible and despite it being in overall really nice shape (with 25k miles) it has a couple of things that I need to address. I am wondering what everyone's experiences have been in this regard! It needs:

1) left rear window seems to be out of adjustment and seems to clunk a couple of times before coming back up.

2) top is sometimes reluctant to raise back up and gives me a warning on the SID that is something like "check boot cover?"

3) Power antenna refuses to retract and by all sights is not bent in any fashion. I am suspecting the worm drive gear or perhaps the nylon teeth on the antenna mast itself?

I am concerned that much of this will not be under warranty and that of course causes me some angst.

Thoughts, comments? I appreciate your feedback!
