I have read many posts on this board for a long time about how Peanut Oil gets fid of the wax, but had never tried it until this past weekend. I got wax on several areas and then used some peanut oil on an old t-shirt to wipe down the affected areas, and I must say it did a very good job. I don't think it GOT RID of the wax, but it definitely restored the black to everything from the pillars between the doors, to the side view mirrors, to the tray that joins the hoodline and windshield. It doesn't take much to do it, and it really dressed the car up to make it look like new again. I did go back and wipe off some excess where I applied too much and it didn't remove the shine. Others recommend a product called Mothers' Back to Black. -JerryC
