I don't have a hydraulic clutch in my Saab, but I do on my BMW. From your description it sounds like the clutch and brakes share the same reservoir.
On to your question, yes you open the bleed nipple on the clutch slave cylinder (located near the transmission) and push the clutch pedal to the floor with the nipple open. Then close the nipple and release the clutch pedal. Repeat until clean fluid comes out.
