Just pour the product in to the fuel tank before you fill up the tank.
With the turbo's, it is a good idea to spend a but more and get a fuel sytem cleaner.
Techron Contentrate, be sure that is is the conentrate, will also clean up combustion chamber deposits which can trigger knocking and cause the APC function in the ECU to reduce the boost pressure and power. You can get this product, in the US at Walmart and most auto parts shops. If you have never used this before, do two treated tanks in a row. Then use every 8000 miles.
The Saabs can be a bit hard starting with dirty injectors. This often shows up in cooler fall weather when summer grade low volitity fuel is still being pumped. Starting issues are often a good hint that it is time to clean the injectors. All of this seems to have gotten worse with FRG-II fuels.
Plugs, use NGK BCPR6ES11's gapped to 1mm or .039", torque to 20 ft-lbs or to feel if you know what you are doing.
Recommend Mobil One 10W30.
