Yes you are correct...it sucks to live in the peoples republic of Canada where you money is worth about half as much as mine. I have had PIAA's in my 93 for over a year and in my Jeep for 3 years. PIAA as I recall warranties their product..... so if you had burn out issues you should have had an opportunity to have them replaced. My experience with PIAA is that they have provided better vision in both my 93 and Jeep. Could you have touched the bulbs when you installed them?? even accidently.

I don't understand your reasoning. You bash PIAA and then when the Hella's you purchased burned out 5 weeks quicker you go out and buy another pair.
