It's been snowing all day here in Germany (near Frankfurt). I keep mine near the back of the hatch, and never have problems with snow getting in the hatch area when I open it. Incidentally, the 9-3 is one of the easiest vehicles I know to clean off snow and ice. Another benefit. Passing struggling BMWs and Mercedes on a long steep grade during my drive home tonight was kind of fun. The Saab/winter tire combination is hard to beat!
