Thanks for all the messages.
I hope it's condensation. My daily drive to work is 2 miles. It's not cold, around 40 degree.
I didn't see the "cream" prior to draining the old oil. The old oil is kinda murky. I'd pay more attention to the coolant level. It's not full, but not low either.
Again, thanks for the messages. Today I drove 100+ miles, and the white "cream" disappeared.
