I would check out Brewer's SAAB in Maugansville, MD. It is across the border on Interstate 81. 301-739-0420. Its a small, family-owned operation. I have shooped at some of the other suggested dealers (VOB, Hunt Valley) and have found that Brewer's gives me a lower price every time out. Of course, the big city dealers are sometimes willing to match that price when I bring it to them, but Kevin Brewer is an honest guy that gives me a good price up front.
My family and I have purchased 6 new and 4 used SAABs from the Brewer family over the past 10 years. I drive from Baltimore to buy my cars there (1 hour 15 minutes).
Just my two cents.
