99 9-3 Engine Issue(s)

I have posted these circumstances before, but I thought I would provide an update so others might learn from my experiences and/or offer some insight. I bought a 99 9-3 5spd in June 2001. Since that time I have had an intermittent skipping or bucking in the engine when I am upshifting in low gears. The turbo gauge spikes to red, the engine seems to loose all power, I let off the gas and work the car back. It lasts only a brief period (10 sec) but is quite frustrating. I have updated (in the following order), spark plugs, direct ignition unit, both oxygen sensors, one of the three computers and 2 days ago the over booster. The car is still skipping and the dealer will be performing more extensive research on it. Perhaps even getting SAAB involved. Each time, they pretty much repaired what the computer said to do. Needless to say, this has been a hassel! However, I must be hooked on this car, because when it is performing without the engine hesitation, it is a great car to drive. I'm determined to get it fixed. Fortunately, the dealer has been honoring all the work.
Ideas?
