Abbott makes two variant of the kit. The HP ratings depend on the stock boost that was standard for your Saab. This makes sense as these ECUs' make a fixed amount of boost and the gains are related to what you are starting with.
The higher HP unit requires the installation of a wastegate actuator that has a stronger spring in it, otherwise they are the same mod to the ECU. Both require the adjustment of the wastegate. The ECU most often needs to be sent away for the work. The T7 units require that the ECU be installed with a diagnostic interface. The T5 units are simply plug and play.
There are other sources of modfied ECU's which are less expensive, around $500 US. Some consider these better solutions technically as well.
Depending on your model year there are number of other things that you can do for more power as well and some of these are DIY>
