Mine did the same at about the same mileage. The level was right at the lower mark on the reservoir. I filled it up and it happened once more at around 45k. Same fix. I think that as the pads wear down the fluid naturally goes down because the pistons extend out farther. The ABS light comes on because there is no longer fluid to support ABS activated stops. Therefore the computer shuts off the ABS function and the light comes on.
