The warrenty covers most things for the full period. Some adjustments are covered only for the first year/16k miles. This would include wiper blades, an alignment, and some others. But you are well covered so long as dealer seems to be someone you can work with.
But 32k is a good price. As a comparison, I bought a new 99 conv. in Jan 2000. I received 8k off sticker, for price of 32,500. but since that time, Saab has done away with base convertible and made all SE, so yours has a few things mine lacks.
I do not know how to verify nature of prior use. It may come down to trust.
If you like driving the car in winter with top up, you will really really love it when you can put the roof down. Be sure to drive it on the roads you actually use. Some do not like the flex in the chassis on cert5ain roads. It is the weak spot of the car. Also, the other thing to check is how comfortable your feet are in the footwell area. Some feel there is not enough space. A third item is rear visibility. These three are the worst features of the car. If you can make peace with them, you will love the rest.
