You have a 9-3 or a 9-5?
While there can be a few causes, using the wrong plugs can lead to this kind of running after a while as they foul up and the spark tracks through these deposits to ground. That misfiring leads to more deposits. Did it begin as missing only while on boost?
If non resistor plugs are fitted, things can be bad from the get-go, or lead to damage of the DI.
Whenever you get into a situation like this, pull the plugs, their condition tells you whats going on in the cylinders.
There is possibility of a bad ECU, quite remote, or the DI cassetts which tend to fail, rather suddenly uusally, at around 100 to 120 Kmiles.
The system is battery sensitive. Check your electrolyte levels and battery terminals.
