An unusually good dealer experience...so far

Hi All-
This is just a message to note that not all dealerships are completely inane and unreasonable.
I had a small parking-lot accident in which a very nice lady in a full size Chevy Van violently removed my 00 9-3 SE rear bumper. I decided to spend the insurance money at the dealer's body shop. This was not because I think the dealer is any better at body work than anybody else, but because I'm on a balloon financing program and want to preserve my option to walk away from this car without excess "wear and tear" charges. I figure if a SAAB dealer does the body work they can't claim that a botched repair falls into this category.
I went to pick up the car and noticed that when they painted my new bumper they hadn't completely masked off the black trim. This resulted in some overspray near the edges of the trim which didn't look very professional. I pointed this out and they completely agreed. They spent a few minutes trying to remove the overspray, then trying to black it out with paint, only making it look worse in the process.
Without me even having to ask, they said, "Well, I guess we need to repaint it completely."
Hopefully they'll do it better this time, but I was impressed at their honesty and forthrightness. I don't expect dealers to be perfect, just reasonable and to fix their mistakes. This seems to be the case here.
