Seems pretty clean to me. I also have a 99 9-3SE.
The ACC control unit probably needed to be replaced (twice) because some of the pixels went out in the display. (I had to have mine replaced twice for that reason -- and like this car, the first time was right after I got the car.) Same thing with the EDU -- probably some pixels in the SID unit went out. (This happened to me at about 30,000 miles.)
The non-return valve is an inexpensive valve on the windshield washer fluid tubing to make sure the fluid only flows one-way. If one fails, it isn't a big repair.
I don't know why the alarm horn failed twice. That seems a bit odd to me. And I don't know what the parking brake equalizer is, but it seems like this was an adjustment made at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
The only major item is the failure of the power steering pump at 55,000 miles. If that's the only major problem after 55,000, I don't think the history raises any major concerns. (By the way, my power steering pump failed at about 10,000 miles.)
