Erock is right. There's not much difference except for maybe the rear shocks and the wheels and tires. 15" vs 16" wheels and all season vs summer tires. I think all SEs have the same suspension.
The Viggen has a softer (yes softer) front anti-sway bar, slightly slower springs which are pretty darn stiff in the rear and stiffer shocks in the front (not sure about the rear ones).
I have the Viggen springs in my SE and the difference is certainly noticeable. I bet, all things (wheels tires, etc) remaining equal, that an SE with a stiffer rear swaybar should handle pretty close to that of a Viggen with a bit more comfort. I'm basing this on the stock springs with stiff rear swaybar setup I had vs the Viggen springs with stock swaybar that I have now. Note: Mixing the Viggen springs with a real stiff rear swaybar resulted in too much oversteer. ( a topic for another day and probably the performance board)
