Trany fluid at 60000 miles, fuel filter at 100000 or 110000 is reasonable. Time to bleed brakes is now. But annual removal of the fluid from the reservior and replacing is a very good practive. Use DOT #4. Do not use silicone brake fluid as this is expected to trash the ABS controller pump.
Remove the rear caliper and rotor and clean and lub the sliding and pitot points in the parking brake mechanism. Clean the caliper slots that cary the pads. Grease these surfaces to prevent rust and clean and lub the edges of the backing plates. The backing plates can get rust bound in the caliper slots. If doing this, push the pistons all of the way in then do the reservior fluid replacement.
If you do a complete brake bleed, do replace the reservoir fluid first, as this is the most moisture contaminated part of the fluid system. You do not want to pump that towards the calipers where moisture and head can lead to spongy brakes. One quart of brake fluid is more than enough for a system bleed and replacement of two rear calipers. So perhaps 1/2 quart will do for a basic bleed job.
