Cracked Viking Rim in Canada -- Need Help Quick

Hi Folks:
I went into my local tire shop with what I thought was just an average tire leak due to a nail etc. I was told of (and shown), however, a small crack right in the centre of the tread portion of the rim. I have never hit anything with my 1999 9-3 SE and there was no other visible damage to speak of at all.
As it happens, I live about 45 minutes from The Saab Depot, one of the site's sponsors. When I contacted them, they indicated that the 16" Viking (three spoke) light alloy wheel was not available new or used in Canada, and that I should look at having the crack fixed.
My car is currently "down" in my driveway and I need it for my work in sales as a territory rep. Can anyone recommend a solution? Can this indeed be repaired or should I be trying harder to locate a new/used rim?
I have about nine months of bumper-to-bumper remaining. Would this be covered in your opinion?
Sorry for the long message. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Chris from Canada
