and was not impressed. I'm not one to speak badly of other people, but was extremely frustrated with the staff. I had just sold my C1500 truck to a friend stationed in Norfolk, and after several attempts to contact the sales director, with no returned calls, I was told that they would not accept delivery of the vehicle. As a Saab dealer, I would have expected a bit of professional courtesy, afterall, I regularly do the same. I was told that I was wasting his time, and he "didn't have the patience to mess with me".

Ironically, I shipped to a Chevrolet dealership, and the exchange went very well. On one hand, I could understand reluctancy to accept the delivery from a liability standpoint, but the attitude that was presented to me more than made me fume (to put it lightly). A simple, "I would rather not be responsible for the vehicle should something go wrong." would have been sufficient.

Oh well.
