Leak in rear hatch (long post)

Has anyone had a problem with a leak in the rear hatch area? I have a 2001 9-3 with 3K miles. When I first took delivery, 4 months ago, checked the rear carpet and spare tire area. The carpet was very wet and the tire and all were covered. The salesman and I chalked it up to a detailer spilling water in the rear. Several days later, checked it again out of curiosity. Same thing. This time dealer replaced the carpet and dried the entire area. They assured me it was checked with some type of infrared or laser device in the cabin designed to check for leaks and none were found. Well, opened the carpet today to get jumper cables out and had a 1/2 inch of standing water in the spare tire well. This will be the third trip to the dealer; needless to say I'm not happy. Any help would be appreciated as I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow. Should I call SAAB USA or wait to see if the dealer can fix? Sorry for the long post and thanks for the help.
