i'm in connecticut....dealerships used were Mitchell Saab in Simsbury and Hoffman Saab in East Hartford. Mitchell was the worse of the 2, only went there 2x, and that was because they had to order parts the first time. picked car up from there after they had washed it and put some sweet scratches in the roof of the car claiming i must have done it-service rep saw i had a backpack and figured i put it on roof producing the scratches, bag never touched the roof. when i picked it up the second time there was blue grease on several spots on the hood of the car and on the leather inside. very unacceptable. loaner car was picked up with gas light on as well. hoffman has been a much better experience, yet still don't have anything in stock, but much friendlier and professional service. full tank of gas in loaner. car thouroughly washed and clean when picked up, just a good experience. i would recomend Hoffman for warantee work.
