I sympathize...I have porphyria cutanea tarda which is affected by sunlight so I've done some checking. I've been told that some of the better glass shops can actually coat the windows with a clear UV blocker. You would not notice any tinting or discoloration. Apparently, they have different coatings which block different UV rays (e.g: UVA, UVB) in different percentages. I haven't checked into all the details about wavelengths, etc., but I know there are a few options out there. In fact, this is a long shot, but I guess it's possible that if you need your car to drive to work, your medical insurance might treat the coating as a prescription or medical device and offset the cost. Depends on your insurance and how slick you and your doctor are at playing the game. I know that some shops offer a UV coat to "protect the seats and interior from fading", but I don't know if this would give you the level of protection that you need. Check with some of the better reputable shops in your area and see what they say. I live in the D.C. area and don't know a thing about Atlanta, so I can't help you with local shops. PPG (Pittsburg Plate Glass) is a national outfit and they may know what you want if you have an outlet in your area. I hope this helps some and I hope you stay healthy and happy in your Viggen!
