VERY strict...I just got my lease liability letter from Chase (1.5 months after turning the car in). They sent a copy of repair estimate by the auction company...$2200. Chase is charging me $910 for some reason. The car was in immaculate condition when i turned it in. They're obviously trying to recoup money from the heavy depreciation these cars have suffered.

Take lots of detailed photos of all parts of your car you think Chase might try to charge you for. And try not to just leave it at a dealer to be picked up by a Chase truck...you're still responsible for the car even if it's waiting at a dealer's parking lot to be picked up. Tell chase they can come pick it up at a place convenient for you...and try to be present for the inspection if possible.

Be prepared for worst. Chase has been absolutely evil in my 3 year experience with them.
