2001 9-3 5-door Manual, 20,000 miles
(Problem first noticed at 9,000 and reported to the dealer at 9,500)
On start-up (not everytime) a cloud of white smoke emerges from the muffler. Showed & told the dealer, called the SAAB customer support line. Each one told me this is a "NORMAL Fearture" of the SAAB 9-3. They each refused to work on the car to repair this feature. They are supposed to be sending an offical document stating this is a feature soon. It will be posted upon receiving it. Currently, this SAAB owner is very disgussed with the car, dealer, and company. Any suggestions, help, or others with the same problem?
