The ride is really not bad at all. If I hit a big frost heave or a nasty pothole, I definitely know it (note: I did not trim the bumpstops at all); otherwise, the car rides exceptionally well. I do a good deal of long distance driving, as well as city driving for my job - both are very comfortable. The only road condition that I have found to be tough on my bottom and back are highways that undulate due to heavy truck traffic compressing the roadway between road seams. The suspension works very hard to 'push' back on the road, so the wave-like roadway translates a bit too much to my backside. Other than that, I have no complaints after 2 months and 3500 miles of driving. In fact, my parents commented on how beautifully the 93 rides after spending a week in an Infiniti.
The best part about the new suspension is how incredible the handling is. I fitted the SAS rear swaybar prior to the Eibach kit, and that made a definite change to the handling. After the new suspension, however, it turns on a dime and tracks very well. The Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires are the weak point now, and I am looking to put some S-03s on next summer.
I would recommend the Eibach Pro System for someone who wants a sportier feel in their car without sacrificing much ride quality. Having said that, I will qualify it by stating that I am 26, single, and still a bit foolhardy, so I may be willing to ignore a bit more stress on my back and rear than a family might. On the positive side, passengers in both the front and rear of all ages have had nothing but positive things to say about the ride quality - even after traversing a few horrible frost heaves!
I'll be happy to post close-up pictures if anybody has any interest. For what it's worth, pre-Eibach I could fit all five fingers of one hand in the wheel gap; now, I can fit just about two fingers. I estimate the lowering effect has settled to just about 2-2.5".
