Good to hear that the Wilmington, DE dealer is great. For almost eight years I have been going to MainLine Saab (mostly for convenience and also when my car was under warranty). Every time my car has gone in, even for an oil change, it ends up having a significant problem afterwards. I started using a local mechanic who specialized in Saabs, and I no longer had any problems. Just went back to Mainline Saab, and the headaches have started; and they told me that they degreased my engine, charged me for it, but did not do the job. I have decided to sell the car, and was planning not to get a Saab. But ... I got hooked on a new 9-3. So, I may try the Wilmington dealer. Two other alternatives are Cherry Hill, NJ (not bad), and Princeton -- bit of hike depending on where you live. I do not recommend MAINLINE Saab. Welcome to Philly.
