Some internet suppliers will be able to set you up with pads and rotors. But the rotors will all have the same rust potential.
That rust suggests that the caplipers are not working, or the pads are stuck in the caliper slots. The first is expensive, the second is easy to deal with.
You need to jack up, remove wheels, drive out pins, remove rotors and determine if the pistons can be pushed back in. Don't mix up the pads inboard vs outboard, you will be putting them back. Pump the brakes to advance the pads, till the brakes firm up. Do this before lowering the wheels to the ground. If you don't you can be driving off with no brakes, which can be disturbing at best.
On the ng900 BB search for drs<underscore>install and look for the brake work postings. Read about using grease to prevent some rusting and sticking problems.
Your brakes and tires are very important. Don't pretend that you only drive in the city and that things don't matter.
