and both times were sourced from the OWNERS MANUAL that there is such a thing as a 9-3S. Other people on the BB said this same thing. But Ed G had to prove them all wrong, that nobody has any business referring to their 9-3 as a 9-3S and so everyone can use "correct terminology." Even IF you were correct (which you aren't), everyone who read their owners manual before posting on the board would be WRONG, since they'd have read about their 9-3S and all your hard work would be for naught.

Obviously, that there is a 9-3S wasn't the answer you wanted to hear, so you WENT ALL THE WAY TO SAAB CARS USA to find another answer. Some lackey emailed you and said "no such thing as a 9-3S."

Well why does the owners manual specifically differentiate between "S" and "SE" then?

Someone who likes to "study the hell out of" and "dig as deeply as he can" into problems is making a mockery of himself when his cited source tells him the opposite of what they wrote in the owners manual for their own car!

He is making a further mockery of himself when these things he is studying and digging for information consists of whether to refer to a non-SE Saab 9-3 as a "9-3" or a "9-3S"

He takes this a step further and makes himself look like a thug who absolutely HAS to be right all the time AND get in the last word when he is repeatedly informed by several others that there IS a 9-3S, and he makes several other posts "searching" for the true answer (the same true answer he had all along)

Guys, can we please get someone a little brighter than "Ed G" to be the resident moron? Or is he the only one who doesn't realize how he looks when he practically retains Johnnie Cochran to find out whether there's an S or not.
