Your boost guage should go well into the yellow and almost to the orange anytime you're into the power, in any gear. It's a motor thing not a MPH thing. You'll have more time to notice it in the higher gears. White is vacuum, yellow is boost, the orange is too much boost, but if the needle only goes into the orange zone briefly, once in awhile, that's OK I believe.
I've heard on this BB that the boost guage doesn't actually measure the vacuum or the maniford pressure, but rather derives it from another source.
As for the stalling, will it do it at the service department? Will you have to leave it overnight to duplicate the problem? These can be the major complications in getting that fixed before the warranty is up.
